We are now down in Sydney hanging with friends at Manly Beach. Manly is one of the northern beaches of Sydney. Since we have been here, Bianca has had us nonstop attending many social events as well as being our local tour guide. Saturday we ended up at two Barbeques, and then hit the town at night. Sunday we ended up at another Barbeque for one Bianca’s friends that is moving to London, and then later that evening we went to a going away dinner for her roommate who is also leaving.

I must say that one of the funniest events was Sunday eve at the bar. For whatever reason, it seems like many Australian guys like to streak naked when they are really drunk. I have seen this happen several times since we have been here. You will see some classic photos below, but here is the story that goes with it. We are at the first bar, and out of no where a guy drops his pants and streaks naked out the front door. His friend was trying to give him back his pants and he kept running away like he wanted to stay naked. ??? Then about 15 minutes later, we are in front of a fast food restaurant and there is another drunk with his pants down in a shopping cart. His friends were trying to push him back into the kitchen of the restaurant. The girl working the cash register ended up punching one of the guys in the face then pushed the shopping cart (with drunk in it) out the door and into a tree. It was pretty classic sitting back with my digital camera and watching the whole thing take place. In the end, the guy was soooo drunk that he kept falling as he tried to walk away with his pants down. You really had to be there in person to get the full effect!
