April 14, 2005 - Quick Stop In Melbourne

We were planning on just passing through Melbourne on our way back up the coast, but had some problems with the van. As it turns out, the alternator was shot! It delayed our departure from Melbourne for a few days. The good thing is that Eddie has two really good friends in Melbourne (Sarah & Gina) which he has known for 11 years that live in Melbourne. So this delay gave us some time to catch up! We were both in definite need of a haircut so Eddie busted out the trimmers. There seems to be lots of Mullets and Mohawks in Australia so Eddie decided to explore that avenue. In the end, it wasn't his look so it all came off! As far as Tony, Eddie just gave him a trim and believe it or not he did an excellent job. He is now considering cutting hair while traveling for a few extra bucks....Ha, Ha......
