Well, just couldn't handle watching Eddie get more perfect waves at Raglan, so took a trip back to Sydney to get my mind off of surf and let my back injury heal, as well as catch up with my friend Alex. Spent every other day at an Osteopath/Acupuncturist who was recommended to me and a lot of resting. As you can see, I was unable to escape good surf. Same swell that was hitting Raglan was also pumping into Deadman's and most of Sydney...but I managed to just take a few photos and was in enough pain to keep me out of the water.

Best thing about getting back to Sydney was not recovering, but getting a chance to meet up and hang out with great people Eddie and I had met on our previous visits to Manly Beach (Alex, Bianca, Cameron, Johnno, Fiona) and of course a few new friends as well.....and the sunny weather and divine home cooked meals by Alex weren't so bad either....
