July 4th, 2005 - Leaving Seashell Cove Resort

After 7 nights of this place, the time has finally come to escape. We are planning a breakout in the morning! If I spend one more night here I will probably shoot someone or at the least myself! The people at this resort constantly lie to us about everything. Just trying to go for a surf is an event. I can't even begin to explain, nor can I be bothered! Regardless, I (Eddie) am out of here tomorrow am. Tony is going to stay and tuff it out. I managed to make some great new friends (Robin, Ac, Hal, Caroline) at this resort and we have all decided to blow out of here and head to some of the other islands. As far as the surf is concerned, it has pretty much been junk with the exception of Cloud Breaks one day!

Below are a few pics from the town of Nadi. A bunch of us took the local bus into town to do some shopping as well as check emails. It's pretty fun riding the bus with all of the locals. Most of the buses have no windows so by the time the ride is over you are pretty much covered in dirt. The journey continues....
