July 7th, 2005 - Island Hopping In Fiji
Today we all decided to do an Island hopping tour departing from Mana Island.
Unfortunately, Caroline woke up very sick this morning so her and Hal had to
pass on the trip. There were a few others from our Backpacker's Hotel that
came along (Shannon from Canada, Phouc from the US, and Joanna from South Africa).
Today’s trip definitely changed my view of Fiji.
It was exactly how I perceived Fiji to be. Lots of Islands, beautiful beaches,
white
sands, and
turquoise waters with amazing coral reefs. Very different from where we all
had been the past week. We also did some snorkeling just off of Honeymoon Island
which was amazing. The coral reefs here are some of the best that I have ever
