Note: Because internet connections in Bali are so slow, I have to limit the amount of photos I post. I also have to compress the photos so much that the quality is not the greatest.

After an all night travel by boat, we pulled up this am to Scar Reef on the Island of Sumbawa to find it pretty much flat. Or as the Indo crew members from our boat would say, “Flat Tire rrrrrr”. So we journeyed about another 30 minutes to a break called “Yo Yo’s”. Apparently Yo Yo’s picks up just about any swell. There were definitely some 3- 4 foot waves breaking, but just nothing that great as far as the shape. After a surf at Yo Yo’s, we headed back to Scar Reef in hope of some waves. By the way, the reason they call it Scar Reef is because it has left many people with lots of scars. The reef here very hard, sharp, and shallow! Add all three of those together = “Possible Scars on your body”. When we got back to Scar Reef the waves were finally starting to pick up a little. We all headed out for an afternoon surf with no one else out other than the crew from our boat. Below are just a few pics. The journey continues….
