Note: Because internet connections in Bali are so slow, I have to limit the amount of photos I post. I also have to compress the photos so much that the quality is not the greatest.
Today we all decided to take a little road trip inland to the town of Ubud. Ubud is located in the mountain region of Central Bali. It is known for all of its arts & crafts as well as just a chill place to hang. The drive up is also very nice because it gives you a good view of the non-touristy part of Bali. There is also a Sacred Monkey Forest here that is a must to visit. The Monkey’s here can be pretty nasty if you try to touch them. Although they have no problem touching you, you just can’t touch them. As you as you will see in one of the pics, I actually had one jump on my back and it wouldn’t get off. I didn’t want to push him off with my hand because I thought it might bite me or maybe my ear. After moving around a lot, it finally jumped off. It was actually pretty funny because no one would help me get it off. I was hoping that some had some food to toss it. Well, that’s about it for now. The journey continues…
