Note: Because internet connections in Bali are so slow, I have to limit the
amount of photos I post. I also have to compress the photos so much that the
quality is not the greatest.
Tonight we all went to Jimbaran Bay
to see the sunset as well as have some good seafood on the beach. Jimbaran
Bay is loaded with
many fresh seafood restaurants
that are literally on the beach. You basically go up and pick out what fish
you want to eat. Then they weigh it, fillet it, grill it, and then bill you
for it. There are also two menus that you can look at. There is the tourist
menu with tourist prices and then there is the local’s menu that is about
half the price for the same food. If you don’t know better, then you’ll
pretty much get stuck paying the tourist prices. We fortunately knew better….
