January 9th, 2006 – Arriving In Kona, Hawaii

Just pulled into Hawaii today to meet up with Chance who I met several years ago in Costa Rica with his family. The Carpenter family was actually out in Australia this past year for their vacation while I was also there. So if you’ve been following this website, then you would have seen them in the Australia links. Anyway, just needed to get back into some sunshine, warm weather, and warm water. Not wetsuit required! I will be hanging here until the 18th of January then back to California. Below are just a few pics of Kona. I will be posting some more this week once the surf pics up.
