March 8th, 2006 - Sunshine and Surf, Bali
Finally, the sun broke out and so did the surf. Today was a beautiful sunny day in Bali. Waves were also great! Ended up surfing at a place called Serangan which is on the East Side of the Island. The surf was overhead and offshore winds. Yesterday was also a pretty good day as far as the surf was concerned. Other than getting only a few hours of surf in, I have been non stop with buying all kings of things to ship home. It’s amazing how time flies by everyday.
In the pics below you will see a monkey on my surf board. I meet this Australia lady at the beach who had her pet Monkey with her. His name was Ozzy and was the cutest little things. He was 10 months old and just so friendly and playful. I want one! She bought him at the local market for $17.00 US. If I lived here, I would definitely have one. Anyway, that’s the latest from here….. The journey continues…
