March 11, 2006 Nusa Dua, Bali

The past few days have been great as far as the weather and surf. Sunshine all week and hopefully the rainy season is over. It’s so much easier riding a motorbike in the sunshine vs. pouring rain and flooded streets. Ended up heading over the eastside of the Island today and hanging at Nusa Dua beach for some sun and surf. Took the day off from any work! Ha, ha……. But really, I have been working my but off everyday and just putting in a little surf time. The surfed picked up today so it was pretty much a day of surfing at Nusa Dua. It’s supposed to get even bigger tomorrow so probably hang at the beach again all day. Unfortunately, the surf at Nusa Dua breaks about a half mile offshore so I don’t have any pics to share for those of you who surf! I’ll try to get some tomorrow. Well, that’s about the latest from here. Below is just a mix of pics from the past few days. Some are from the Timor people who I am buying lots of hand carved furniture from to sell back at home.
