April 13th, 2006 - Cyclone Hits Bali
Apparently while I was in Thailand a Cyclone hit the West Coast of Bali. Mainly the Bukit area for those of you how are familiar with Bali. For those of you who have been here before, you will notice a difference in the photos. Some of my favorite beaches have been washed away not to mention the Warungs which support the local economy. Kind of looks like a Tsunami hit the beach of Balangan. As far as Bingin Beach, about 4ft of sand washed away and now it is just pretty much rocks and reef.
