Sept 17, 2006 – Latest from Bali

Once again, the surf has been on. Been putting in a lot of time lately at the tree house, which is why I haven’t made it to the Internet very often and updated my webpage. It’s kind of out in the middle of nowhere compared to being in Kuta. I have also been making some pretty good cash selling surf photos from Bingin. I got my two Indo buddies taking turns all day shooting pics with my camera. So far, so good. We’re all making some cash. These two guys are pretty stoked to be making the money that are making at the moment. I am also now staying for free at the Tree House since I renegotiated my deal because they are killing it with the photos. So everyone’s happy.

Other than that, things are as usual here. Surf all day, get massages, go out to dinner, make a few deals, etc…. Not bad for a day in the office! One of the things about being here is that you always meet so many people visiting. Some very cool, and some not so cool. Anyway, on my last trip to Medewi with Tim we met two girls from Hawaii that were pretty cool. We ended up giving them a ride back to Kuta and then they also ended up renting a place at Binging. They both surfed and were pretty much like little sisters. Set them up with Made my driver friend to cart them around here and there. There last night here we all met up for dinner again and we ended up going to a Tranny/Lady Boy Show in Kuta. Never knew he place existed all of these years. Anyway, it was pretty fun and entertaining. Well, that’s about it from here. Mindon and Krista, if you two are reading this, hope you had a good trip home and it was a pleasure meeting the both of you! The journey continues…
