Dec 4th, 2006 – Change In plans, Going To Taiwan

I am leaving Bali tomorrow and the plan was to be home Dec 5th and stay through the holidays. Well, decided to make a little side trip on the way home. Go figure! My flight home was scheduled to connect in Taipei so I’m going to check out Taiwan for a few weeks. I actually met a few guys here in Bali that live there and teach English. Both of them surf and say that there are good waves and NO Taiwan surfers or even tourist surfers. So with that in mind, think I need to check it out first hand. Going to meet up with my two friends who have it all wired. I may be out of reach for the next few weeks. Have no idea what kind of Internet access there is where I will be. Well, that’s about it for now….. I have posted a few pics below from the past week here or so. Been surfing Bingin and getting pretty good waves with no crowds….
