December 6, 2006 Change In Plans, Still In Bali

I was planning on leaving here yesterday but had to cancel my flight. I was going to ship my Vespa’s home in a friend’s container two days ago but in the end only one out of four fit! Bummer….. He just had more stuff than we thought, so the container was completely full from top to bottom. So now what to do? Couldn’t leave with out having that handled so here I am still. I was already mentally checked out of here and even packed up both of my places. Well, pretty much got plan B in place now so I am leaving Bali on Dec 12 and going to Taiwan as previously planned. Will be back in California around Dec 23rd or so. See you then… Below are a few pics that I copied from a friend who was doing research in the Mentawais. Pretty interesting…
